COCKROACH - Jollibee Food Corp


January 6, 2017, lunch time ,and I was with my 2 nephews Ryann Paglinawan and Drake Paglinawan at Jollibee Glorietta 4. As we are about to eat our lunch a cockroach was seen crawling at the wall and it all disgusted us.
We called the crew whose name is Arnel (53004311)and he killed the cockroach. We requested the specimen so we can report it but to our surprise the cockroach was missing from the cloth meaning it was still alive. I called for the manager John ( 04652) who was very slow at assissting us with the issue. I believe they were using a delaying tactic. I hope the manager which he says that the fastfood he claims is Class A can live up to their words. How can a Class A fastfood have unsanitary insects in their venue. This is a violation under Republic Act no. 10611 Article II concerning the sanitation of your branch. I hope right actions will be done. Please respond as you get this message.
